JobProof Terms of Use

These Terms govern your use of JobProof. By using JobProof, you agree to these Terms.

Using JobProof

JobProof helps detailing businesses organize jobs, customer records, proof, quotes, and invoices. You are responsible for the information you enter, the people you invite to a workspace, your customer communications, and compliance with the laws that apply to your business.

Subscriptions

JobProof Pro is a paid, automatically renewing Apple subscription. Prices and available plans are shown before purchase. Subscription payment, renewal, and cancellation are handled through your Apple ID. JobProof does not use Apple subscriptions to collect payment from your detailing customers; customer payment arrangements are made directly with the business. You can manage or cancel a subscription in Apple subscription settings. Deleting a JobProof account does not itself cancel an Apple subscription.

Proof and payment records

JobProof records are tools for your business operations. They are not legal advice, insurance advice, tax advice, or a guarantee of payment, customer approval, or dispute resolution. Keep any additional records your business needs.

Acceptable use

Do not use JobProof to violate the law, infringe rights, upload harmful content, interfere with the service, or attempt to access another business workspace without authorization.

Availability and changes

We work to keep JobProof reliable, but the service may change, be unavailable, or be discontinued. To the extent permitted by law, JobProof is provided as available without warranties not expressly stated in these Terms.
